I am reading "The Night Circus" by Erin Morgenstern. This is a fanciful book that tells the story of a magical circus--a circus that only appears after midnight. Two ancient magicians are the creators of this circus, and they have made it as an arena to play out an age-old contest.
The characters are fascinating, the setting is magical and the description is amazing! I would recommend this book to anybody who enjoys a good, well-written story!
I am reading "Keeper" by Mal Peet. This is a book that tells the story of El Gato, and how he became an amazing soccer player. He lives in the jungles in South America, and meets an old fashioned soccer spirit. for 2 years, they train in the jungle.
When you read this book, you will feel as if you are El Gato. The setting is an opening in the jungle. I recommend this book to someone who understands "soccer language".
now i am reading multiple book but all of them are great and i reckamend all of them they are called the learning dog,twilight:eclipse,then last but not least 14 going on 7.
I'm reading "Peculiar Treasures"by Robin Jones Gunn. It is about a girl who's name is katie and she is in christian collage. She has an "Almost Boyfriend"named Rick. They have a hard time seeing each other when she takes a RA job at the collage.
Im reading Diary of a wimpy kid the last straw by Jeff Kinney. The main character is Greg Heffley. Greg's dad is trying to get Greg to toughen up. The setting is Greg's house.
I'm reading the Quillian Games by D.J. Mac Hale. Bobby (the main character) goes to Quillian, where every one plays merciless games for the entertainment of the powerful Veego and LaBerge.
i am reading a book named "flawless" and its part of the pretty little liars series and this is the second book. the plot of this book is that there was a an accident in the 7th grade and now it has haunted them for several years and now there is a person that knows there secrets
i know that wasnt a very good plot but you just have to read the books to understand
Im reading The Battle of the Labyrinth.the main character is Percy Jackson. Percy has to get to the Labyrinth before Luke gets there if he gets there he could be able to attack Camp half blood. The setting is at camp half blood and Labyrinth. The theme is Death.
I am reading "The Best Bad Luck I Ever Had" by Kristin Levine. Its about this girl, Emma who comes to Moundville with her family so her father can be the new postmaster. Dit, who lives in Moundville meets Emma and they become best friends. Dit's other friends pick on him about being friends with a black girl but he doesnt care. Emma and Dit get involved in Bigfoot's murder and Doc Haley's escape from jail.
The book I'm reading is the Third Reich Day by Day. Its a non-fiction so it dosen't really have a plot but it is a day by day and month by month history of the Third Reich since 1925. It includes facts from nazi politics, Armed forces, and World wide diplomacy. it is very good, but it is for people that only likes this stuff (which is like only 5 or 4 people). End of story move on to the next post.
I'm reading "Dandelion Fire" by N.D Wilson. It's the second book in a series. It's about a boy that discovered a wall of 99 cupboards. Each one goes to a different place. But now Henry has to go back home in 2 weeks and before that he wants to go again at least one more time. So Henrietta and Henry look for the key so they can go through the cupboards to find where Henry came from.
I'm reading "So B. It" by Sarah Weeks. The main character is Heidi DeMuth. The setting is in Reno, Nevada and in Liberty, New York. Heidi's mother has a disorder and Heidi doesn't know her family. So one day Heidi finds an old camera with photos on it. So Heidi gets them developed. She finds photos with her mother and she thinks maybe her grandmother at Hilltop Home in Liberty, New York. Then Heidi takes a three day bus trip to Liberty. While on her way to Liberty, Heidi has some "bumbs." You will have to read the book and find out what Heidi finds out and what all happens.
I'm reading "chosen By A Horse" by Susan Richards. It's a biography about how Susan found a horse named Lay Me Down at the SPCA. Susan already has 3 horses and isn't sure why she responded to this emergency call from the SPCA. It turns out that Lay Me Down has been abused by her previous owner, but is surprisingly open to Susan. Lay Me Down has a foal but the foal gets taken away earlier. Lay Me Down has a medical condition and has to go to an equine clinic. Find out what's wrong in "Chosen By A Horse".
I'm reading A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Spark. The main character is Landon Carter who is elected as the student body president. Needing a date to the homecoming dance, he asks Jamie Sullivan, the quiet, Christian, pastor's daughter, to the dance. Afterwards, Jamie asks if Landon will play the main part in her fathers Christmas Play. He agrees, but he must decide whether to protect his reputation or help Jamie.
I'm reading Captain Underpants and the invasionof the incredibly naughty cafeteria ladies from the outerspace(and the subsequent assault of the equally evil lunchroom nerds)! its really godd i reccomend this book!
I'm reading Ramona and Her Father by Beverly Cleary. Ramona (the main character in all the ramona series) is excited about her father coming home from work because today is pay day. Ramona love pay days because her father almost ALWAYS comes home with a treat for Ramona and her sister. He does come home with a treat but always so me ad news . . . The setting takes place at her house.
I'm reading hear the wind blow by Mary Downing Hahn. Rachel and Haswells farther has passed away in the civil war and now their mother has killed a yankee who was very powerful in the union army. The man James Marshall, a rebel who they took in to help become well again was chased out of their home by the yankees men and killed. Then they come back and burn the house down. So this is just the beginning of a journey all over the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia to find their family and bring their brother Avery home to start their lives over again!
I'm reading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Peeta is chosen to go to the Hunger Games and Katniss volunteers for her sister. Peeta and Katniss get seperated in the Arena, because Peeta goes off with the careers. Peeta and Katniss later find each other and win the Hunger Games.
I am reading a book called Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli. Stargirl is new at MCHS(Mica County High School) in Arizona. Stargirl loves to play her gutair at lunch. One day at lunch this one girl Hillari Kimble, came up to Stargirl and said "Tomarrows my birthday and you better not sing Happy Birthday to me," Stargirl looked up at her and said "Okay." But you'll have to read the book to find out what happens....
i read a book called "heart to heart" and it's about a girl who is called Kassey and she loves her best friend Elowyn to death.She goes out with a guy named Wyatt and one day she dies in a car accident. After that they donate her heart to a girl named Arabeth. Find out what happens in the book by READING it.
The book i was reading is called "heart to heart" and it is about two girls named Kassey and Elowyn. Elowyn dies in a car accident and her license had organ doner so her heart got donated to another girl named Arabeth and now she has her charecteristics. I do NOT recommend this to people who are emotional.
I'm reading "Twisted" by R.L. Stine. It's about this teen named Abby. She wants to join a sorority. She goes to the meeting concerning it. The invitation in was they had toooo......commit a crime. What they had to do was rob and antique store. Steal money and diamond.... But something terribly wrong happened. While robbing the store the women that was currently being held at gunpoint suddenly had a heart attack!.....Read "Twisted"to find out what drastic events happen after the robbery. Is it real or all just a gag? Could this event ruin friendships or make them closer.Also Abby's EX bff is there.......How could a boy get in between 2 besties. Well this guy did.....
I just finished Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever by Jeff Kinney. It a realistic fiction diary told in the first person view point of Greg Heffley about his day to day life. The main conflict of the story is that they receive ALOT of snow with little notice and all that does is arouse MANY problems. I thought it was a good, easy read and I recommend this book to anybody!
I am reading a book called The Bishop's Daughter. It is about a man who finds out his parinets who raised him his whole life are not his biological parinets. So he goes away for a while to find his biological parinets. While he is in some Amish neiborhood he falls in love with the bishop's daughter. The Bishop's daughter is forbiden to marry him because he is not Amish.
I am reading WW1 an outline history. Its a good WW1 book but as the title says covers every thing but doesn't go into detail about everything. List more political,economical,ideology, etc. So it could be considered a heavy reader. I recommend this book as a general knowledge book but not on individual battles. Still a good book though that mabye 3 people in the entire 7th grade would read. :)
I am reading a book called "Flipped." Its about this boy named Bryce, about how he moved with his family into a new area. Bryce is seven years old, in second grade when he moves. He is nice and friendly to most people, he has an older sister and her name is Lynetta, she and Bryce dont get along to well. Then Bryce meets one of his neighbors, and her name is Julianna, but everyone calls her Juli. Juli is a person who loves to do things for herself, Bryce dislikes her but his father and grandfather tell him that he shouldn't be afraid of girls. In the book it has alternating chapters, Bryce and Juli describe how their feelings about themselves, each other, and their families have changed over the years. The book is very good so far. I would recommend this book to anyone!
I just read the book "Kathleen's Story" by Lurlene McDaniel. The main character is Kathleen. The book is about Kathleen and her two friends, Holly and Hainna who join the "Angels in Pink" program at the hospital. On orientation Kathleen meets a boy who she likes. They spend the summer together at the Angels in Pink program. Kathleen's mom has a disease in her liver and causes her not to get along very well.
I just finished reading "Theodore Boone : Kid Lawyer" by. John Grisham and it was AMAZINGGG! The main character is Theo (short for Theodore) and his parents are both lawyers. The main part of the story is Mr. Duffy is accused of killing his wife and is about to walk away not guilty when Theo finds out there is a missing evidence that will surely tell everyone that Mr. Duffy is surely guilty. The setting is mostly taken place at the court house.
Im reading The Wind Blows Backwards by Mary Downing Hahn. Its a book about a very shy girl named Lally who has a crush on the "prince of jocks" and suprisingly he has one on her too. Everyone thinks they know Spencer, but only Lally knows the real Spencer and she learns that hes not who seems to be. He hides deep things that happened to his family behind his popularity and even his mother doesnt know that spencer knows about them. His father left him in a way that no one will ever forget and Spencer feels that he will follow in his fathers footsteps. He is a dark,strange, and grieving kid who doesnt seem to want to get over the past.......but who could if you went through what he did.
My book is called the battle of the labyrinth. The main character is percy jackson.The plot of the book is they go into the laybrinth to find the guy who made the maze so luke cant destroy camp half blood.I really like the book.I just finished the book.
I'm reading a book called "Click Here" by Denise Vega. Its where a girl named Erin Swift is in seventh grade goes to middle school with her friend thats been her bff since they were very little. But when she gets to middle school she starts liking this guy... AND it just so happens that he likes her bff. She gets on the opposite team as her bff. And she wants to join a play and computer club. But thats not what her bff Jilly thinks... She has her own website and she puts a wrong disc in??? It's the one where she wrote a page in the boy and things that might change her and Jillys relationship FOREVER!!! Read "Click Here" to find out what dramatic happen after all the drama?!?!?!?
I'm reading"A Girl Named Disaster" by Nancy Farmer. The main character's name is Nhamo. She lives in a small village in Africa. She lives with her mother's family which is unusual because girl's normally live with their fathers. She's not living with her father because he ran away after he murdered someone. She doesn't have a mother because she was killed and eaten by a leopard. Now she has to try to escape an abusive husband.
the book im reading is the hunger games it is an amazing book it is dramtic and kind of sad i recomend it for everyone i have just stared it yesterday so dont know that much about it but i have heard good things.
I'm reading "Twilight" by: Stepheine Meyers. The main character is Bella, she just moved into town to live with her Dad. So she has to go to a new school, there she meets two girls (she becomes friends with) and a guy named Edward in her Biology class. Now then have become friends and they both LOVE each other!! I encourage you to read the book! :)
i was reading "the dead man in Indian creek". its about two boys who find some guy dead in the creek. they try to find who killed him . Its a amazing book.
i am reading the "football Hero". the main character is ty. his parents died. now he only has his brother, ungle gus, and aunt virginia. he going to try out for football. his football coach is coach v.
the book im reading is One Crazy Summer its a very fun book about three sisters setting out to find there mother who abandoned them when they were little but they run into alot of challenging obstacles on the way :)
